Dr. Todd S. Resek & Dr. Howard C. Nader will be hosting a Tooth Whitening Fundraiser in honor of Officer Derek Kotecki , 40, who was shot and killed in the line of duty on October 5th. The Dental office will be raffling off Two Zoom In-Office Teeth Whitening along with Custom fitted Whitening Trays. ($700 value each).

Tickets can be bought at the office for:
1 Ticket for $7
2 Tickets for $10
5 tickets for $20

Two Names will be drawn on Tuesday, November 22nd at 3:30pm.
The Winning names will be contacted by phone.

Officer Kotecki has served with the Lower Burrell Police Department for 18 years and most recently was the departments K-9 Officer. He is survived by his wife and two young sons. Dr Resek's brother and Dr. Naders son played high school basketball against Derek Kotecki in the late 80's.
All proceeds will go directly to
Officer Koteckis' sons education fund.
Donations will also be accepted.
